Hey so, let me just clarify one thing.. This life is not so perfect and everyone experiences bad days and good days. So what I’m engrossed in is what usually people do to prevent the frustration that falls on their head during bad days. Everyone has issues but it is these awesome ways by which everyone recovers all of the stress that is occurring all the time. I’ll list ten ways through which some of my friends get over it including me. So hope this helps or maybe it just entertains you perhaps. Oh I should I stop talking now.

“When I'm frustrated, irritated, sad: I pick on little kids, beat up my sister, make her cry. When she's not around, I text up Arvin(her bestfriend) and annoy him but that doesn't work.” – Sanober Jamil

“I usually watch friends or any anime that usually helps. Or I just call Amna or Alysha or Tahir(his friends) and start abusing them oh and I usually spit on random cars too.”- Omair Langah
“I try to keep myself busy. I don’t think about it. I ignore= best thing.” – Farheen Bilal

“I eat too. I used to cut myself, but that's not healthy. I watch shows Tv, internet anything I talk to people and sometimes I cuddle. Do you wanna cuddle with me?”- Sara Jabeen.
